Abstract: In 2021, the national conscription will be “two conscriptions a year”, with university students being the main target of recruitment. At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for the recruitment work of colleges and universities. In this article, an online questionnaire was used to survey the current situation of university students' enlistment in the military in terms of their understanding of the conscription policy, their concern about joining the military, and their willingness and motivation to join the military. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote university students' enlistment in the military, in order to attract more university students to volunteer to join the military.
