The 9th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-Cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2022) was held online in a videoconference format on 19-20 December, 2022. The conference was jointly organized by the Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Moscow, Russia), the International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Moscow, Russia) and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd (Zhengzhou, China). The aim of ICELAIC 2022 was to provide a common platform for researchers, students, scholars and professionals to share their experiences and discuss topics in the closely related areas of language, verbal arts, communication, culture and education.
