Road sign - Abstract
Language landscape is the image of a region, the embodiment of local cultural soft power, and an important way to inherit local culture. Through field investigation in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province and Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, the author collected the road sign language landscape around Luding and Shangri-La. This study analyzes the status and language advantages of the road sign multilingual landscape in these two regions, discovers some problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement with a view to providing some reference for the road sign language landscape of ethnic minority regions.
